Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests for VidFlair paid plans, credits, membership features, and related purchases are handled. It should be read together with the Terms of Service and the purchase terms shown at checkout.

Refund eligibility may depend on the payment provider, applicable law, promotional terms, account status, and abuse or fraud signals.

30-Day Refund Window

  1. 1For purchases made through the official VidFlair checkout, you may request a refund within 30 days after the successful payment date unless the checkout page clearly states a different rule.
  2. 2The refund window starts when the payment provider confirms the charge, not when you first sign in, activate a feature, or notice the charge.
  3. 3Requests submitted after 30 days are not guaranteed and may be declined unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by us.

Eligible Refund Requests

  1. 1Duplicate charges, accidental purchases, or purchases of the wrong plan may be eligible when you contact us promptly with the relevant order information.
  2. 2If a paid feature is materially unavailable because of a technical issue on our side and we cannot reasonably resolve it, we may approve a refund or account credit.
  3. 3Where applicable consumer protection law requires a refund, we will honor the legally required remedy.

Non-Refundable Situations

  1. 1Refunds may be declined for requests outside the refund window, completed billing periods, heavy usage, consumed credits, generated reports, or other benefits already substantially used.
  2. 2We may decline refunds connected to account sharing, abuse, fraud, policy violations, chargeback misuse, or attempts to obtain repeated free access.
  3. 3Taxes, currency conversion differences, bank fees, card network fees, and payment provider fees may be non-refundable where they are outside our control.

Subscriptions and Cancellations

  1. 1Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges.
  2. 2If a refund is approved for an active subscription, access to the refunded paid plan, credits, reports, or membership benefits may be removed immediately.
  3. 3You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want the next billing period to be charged.

How to Request a Refund
